Three New Appointments to SJK

Camielle Call, LCSW, presently Assistant Professor of Human Services, has accepted the additional appointment of Grants Administrator. Camielle brings solid administrative experience in the non-profit sector and in grants management.

Human Resource Law Class

Sheldon Jackson College’s Division of Lifelong Learning will offer an eight week course on Human Resource Law. The course provides a comprehensive guide to virtually every aspect of human resource legal issues faced by organizations including the basic HR functions of selection, compensation, and discrimination.

Summer Camps at SJK

Dr. Cox and campers on NOAA boatSheldon Jackson College is currently hosting two summer camps for Alaska Native juniors and entering high school seniors. For the next five weeks, 41 students are participating in the Southeast Alaska Math & Science (SEAMS) Camp and the Rural Alaska Preparatory Program (RAPP).
